Writers, Producers and Trainers Collaborative A preliminary meeting to begin designing and delivering presentations on the Collaboration will be held Thursday, October 23rd, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at The Light Center in the Village of Oak Creek. Many of them would benefit from having access to resources that help them publish, print, market, promote, distribute and repurpose their content. As a result, they and the community will enjoy the greatest possible return on their investment of time, energy and money. Following is a letter sent to Tom Bird of www.tombird.com.
************************************************************************************************************************ Would you be open to enabling those of us in your data base (especially those in the Sedona area) to connect and collaborate in mutually beneficial ways? That could possibly produce even further quantum leaps in your students’ successes. . . For example, through our 4 affiliated non-profit organizations, (Ultimate Destiny University, CENTER SPACE, The Sedona Light Center, and CAN DO!) we have dozens of books in various stages of completion. We also have developed workbooks and outlines for delivering teleseminars, webinars, and live workshops on over 20 facets of successful living and manifesting one’s ultimate destiny. We could use help with completing some of the writing, with editing and developing a strategy for prioritizing the letters of inquiry. We could also use help refining our publications by adding audio and video and reformatting the workbooks into training materials for certifying trainers-of-trainers using our materials. The skills that my team and I have to offer to help others include various levels of expertise in the following areas: Marketing and Promotion Internet Marketing Event Promotion Platform Development Repurposing Content Grant writing Equity Capital Formation Strategic Alliances Joint Ventures In addition, my team and I have dozens of resources from the Ultimate Destiny Success System that we could provide as free bonuses for appropriate titles. Most of our events have featured world-class authors such as Norman Vincent Peale, Mark Victor Hansen, Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Jim Rohn, Bonnie St. John, etc. Whenever we produce an event of that magnitude (with up to 1,800 participants), we always make every possible effort to showcase local authors, speakers and trainers to help them attract more public awareness and clients. Our business model is more about empowerment and enlightenment rather than just seeking a profit. We trust totally in the Universal Law of Compensation! Our ultimate vision of Expanding the Circle of Success includes the establishment of 10,000 local non-profit Empowerment Resource Centers and Empowerment Training Mentoring Systems by 2012. As that infrastructure is developed, we will have created a new marketing and distribution channel for publications and programs that educate, empower and enlighten. And finally, our team has generated millions of dollars in grants, donations and contracts for non-profit organizations and we have generated millions of dollars in equity funding for cause-oriented companies. We are therefore able to help other authors, self-publishers and program developers access the funding they need to publish, print, market, promote, distribute and repurpose their content. As a result, we can help them enjoy the highest possible return on their investment of time, energy and money. What I am proposing for your consideration will be included as one of seven proposals in an Op Ed article I am writing for the Red Rock News along with announcing our plans to begin co-producing large-scale community empowerment events in the area from Flagstaff to Phoenix. Because of my sincere appreciation for your wisdom, expertise and generosity, I wanted to share this proposal with you first. If you are open to it, I would suggest that we meet at your earliest convenience to further refine how you and your students could realize the greatest possible benefits. Then you could poll your data base (and or perhaps ask for a show of hands at your events) to determine how many of us would appreciate having an opportunity to connect and collaborate with one another in mutually beneficial ways.
